Club COLLECTIBLE unfolds through a curated series of gatherings across key design cities. Studio visits, private collections, focused masterclasses and informal meetings create direct encounters with the studios, galleries and material innovators shaping contemporary collectible design.
After a week of private visits during Paris Design Week, the most recent Club COLLECTIBLE encounters took members upstate to Hudson, New York, from 18 to 20 September, for a weekend hosted with Show: Room and Pocketbook Hotel. The programme included a private visit to Steven Holl’s 'L-House', studio visits with Katie Stout and Tschabalala Self, and a conversation with Julio Torres, Sean Roland and Nancy Kim. In October, during Frieze and PAD London, MAD Brussels welcomed members to the Belgian Ambassador’s Residence for a private tour of 'Crossing Lines Through Art and Design', meeting the designers before a cocktail reception.
