A rare opportunity to step beyond the exhibition into the creative world of its makers. "Peeping Through" unfolds within the most personal space of a fictional character, where every object tells a story. From everyday items to treasured keepsakes, each piece reveals a life, a presence, a feeling. Like a stage set, these intimate spaces invite exploration through sight, scent, sound, and touch. This exclusive VIP tour extends beyond the show, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the studios of the artists and designers, where ideas take shape. A moment to engage directly with their process, inspirations, and the narratives woven into their work.

Poetically, a "SORTIE DE ROUTE" is the moment when we drift off the intended path, leaving behind dictated and straight lines to embrace the unexpected. It can be perceived as a loss of control, where we veer toward something rawer, more instinctive, and perhaps also more truthful. Aesthetically, it can be translated as a kind of tension between the expected and the unpredictable. The intoxication of collision, diversion, and discovery.

On Friday 14 March at 7:00PM designers Audrey Large (FR,1994) and Théophile Blandet (FR,1993) will discuss their approaches to design and materiality, both through their individual practice and in their collaborative work.
Audrey Large works at the intersection of digital imagery and object design, exploring how image manipulation and digital fabrication can challenge the way we perceive matter. Théophile Blandet’s practice moves between functionality and abstraction, drawing from popular culture, industry, and craftsmanship. Both their practices challenges conventional categories of design, exploring material transformation in unexpected ways.
Come and discover their practices around a piece of their work they will exhibit in the space!

Common Reverb is a group exhibition featuring four Brussels-based artists—Alice Pandolfo, Edouard Jattiot, Honorine Pardon, and Willie Morlon—who engage with the iconic Passage du Nord through site-specific interventions.
Blending seamlessly into the space, each work highlights its details with imagination and singularity, creating a dialogue between art and architecture. The exhibition unfolds primarily at height, beginning with Alice Pandolfo’s monumental weaving, followed by luminous works by Honorine Pardon and Édouard Jattiot, and concluding with Willie Morlon’s faux storefront, which playfully reinterprets the gallery’s commercial function.
By subtly punctuating the Passage with their installations, the artists invite visitors to rediscover its architectural nuances, offering a fresh perspective on this historic landmark.

MAD Brussels, the center for fashion and design, is showcasing a selection of the private collection of collector Galila Barzilai Hollander.
The focus of the exhibition selection is on collectible design chairs. Some are crafted from extraordinary or surprising materials, while others exist as unique collectible objects. Some chairs pose a challenge to sit on, if they can be sat on at all. All of them, however, are fascinating and thought-provoking to discover.
Artists Johan De Wit and Laura Lima, for example, found inspiration in the original red and blue chair by Gerrit Rietveld from 1917. Sofia Leitão used mirror shards to create a seating sculpture, while the Italian Anna Monichi crafted a chair from Barbie parts.
The exhibition combines unique collectible objects with intriguing pieces and pairs them with striking accessories from the fashion world.

With the participation of a transdisciplinary field of architects, artists, sociologists and archeologists, the exhibition pre-architectures critically unveils how the study of prehistory might uncover not only causes of modernity’s present crisis, but also signs of architecture’s future past.
