COLLECTIBLE is a unique fair dedicated to 21st-century contemporary and collectible design. This inaugural New York edition will be held from September 4th to 8th, 2024, at WSA in the Financial District. Conceived as a unifying platform and an exclusive meeting point, COLLECTIBLE brings together renowned international galleries and designers, all at the forefront of creativity, selected by a committee composed of distinguished figures from the world of design.

FUNCTION

Front Desk/ Guides / Set up volunteers (m/f/x) COLLECTIBLE Fair.

COLLECTIBLE is looking for volunteers and interns to support its New York first iteration, remote or on location at WSA in the Financial District. 

Available Positions:

• Visitor and VIP Assistance: Ticket control, reception, public welcoming, and general fair assistance.
• Guides: A guideline for mediation will be provided.
• Assistance during Set-Up (September 2nd & 3rd) and/or Dismantling (September 8th & 9th).
• Exhibition Opening (September 4th): We will need assistance to welcome all participants, guests, and visitors during the Vernissage (ticket control, coat check, general set-up).

PROFILE

• No specific educational or experience level is required; we are mainly looking for dynamic, open-minded, and motivated volunteers who can demonstrate autonomy and team spirit during these few days. We believe in a collaborative approach by working closely with artists, curators, and collectors. Therefore, we seek volunteers who embody this mindset.

  No diploma required, but a background in cultural, arts, or design education is appreciated. Previous experience in the cultural field is a plus.
